Isaac Williams is the person who owns the Sker Hotel. He is the father of Elisabeth Williams. Proven to be a person with initiative and with a clear vision of the future, manages to secure the power held by the injured Siren transported inside the HMS Providence. It is also proven quite resourceful with machinery and technology, being able to craft the purple toxic mixture that makes anyone that breathes it cough violently, multiple killing machinery for dismembering, torture chairs embedded with a cylinder player, and even the Phonic Modulator.
Being the owner of Sker Hotel, one would attribute the fame and wealth to the good administration and entertainment of said place. Unfortunately for the rest of the inhabitants, they were more of murderers and thiefs, praying on unsuspecting travelers and ships for their jewelry and treasures.

Using the lighthouse at Sker point so as to steer ships onto their demise at the rocks so as to later pillage its contents, this would turn interesting once spotting a strange winged creature (later known as a Siren).
Being in the known of the Quiet Ones cult led by his father Jebediah, is quite indifferent with it until he goes with the idea of using his wife to try to understand the power of the Siren, and how to handle it for future uses.

Trying to save both his family's reputation and the hotel's, tries to wield the power of the Siren's Song with his machines, while being assisted by his daughter Elisabeth. This proves fatal, as the mismatch between the song and the lyrics sung by her daughter turn both the staff and strangers against each other.
From here, the Siren's Song would permanently transform their minds, becoming no more than puppets to its influence. As a ritual, they would undergo the burning of their face so as to remove both the ability to see and speak, heightening their hear. Isaac would repeat this ritual will all those unfortunate enough to be captured by him.
He would also gain the ability to teleport to another place near his original point.

When Isaac gets a hold on Thomas, he will take him back to the Church where he will try to perform the Quiet One's ritual in order to make him one of them. Unfortunately for him, this would be thwarted by Calliope's presence, which gives Thomas enough time to tip over the chair and free himself.

Spotted in brief moments during the travels around Sker Hotel, his appearance as a Quiet One is of a quite frail entity, always walking on a limp and assisted by a cane. Wearing his signature black Top Hat, coupled with a black formal suit, is the brains of the family. Finally confronted after returning to the Ground Floor from the Basement, his attack phase is not a direct one, but a consequential one.
When the battle starts, he will be spotted playing a piano for a couple of seconds, before suddenly stopping. When the stops, he can be seen patrolling a certain spots of the room. If the player moves during this phase, he will let out a small scream before inflicting instand heavy damage to the player.

In order to defeat this boss, one requires to flip a switch to be able to interact with the machine on the main Music Room. This must be done for all four switches. Once this has been done, a small pod with a machine will open, where the player must input the Music Locket. Once this has been done, Isaac will immediately fall unsconscious onto the piano, granting access to Crown Key.
